    I was greeted by Koven & Shayan when I arrived. They have great positive energy. I needed to get my BMW serviced. I was also helped by Ethan ,& Grant . Gary is my service representative that always takes good care of of me ! Then I needed a loaner car so I received great customer service from Angel

    This has been a great location to get service done, I've been here twice. I was able to make an appointment 2 days out, the online process was quick and easy. The only con with creating an appointment online is that it forces you to opt into advertisements to create the appointment. My appointment was quick and easy. I pulled in, a rep checked the info on my car, I signed paperwork, then was directed to the transportation counter to order my complimentary uber (up to 15 miles). Justin has been the best service rep I've had. He was polite and made things super quick and easy. My vehicle took around 2.5 hours for a standard service, and everything went well. I highly recommend this location!
